Made-to-measure secondary glazing
EcoShield Secondary Glazing supplies glazing made to the measurements and specifications provided for each order. Where goods are genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply. Please check dimensions, opening type, colour, glazing, fixing details and quantity before ordering.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described or does not match the agreed specification, please contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund. Reporting damage promptly helps us investigate but does not remove your legal rights.

Return arrangements and costs
Please contact us before returning glazing so we can arrange safe handling and transport. Where goods do not conform to the contract, we will meet reasonable return or collection costs as required by law. We do not offer change-of-mind returns for genuinely made-to-measure products.
Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will arrange it without undue delay, normally to the original payment method, in accordance with your statutory rights.
Delivery
Delivery to eligible UK mainland addresses is charged at a flat rate of £50 plus VAT (£60 total) per order. Delivery availability and any exceptions must be confirmed before checkout. Made-to-measure glazing is normally dispatched by the manufacturer approximately 21 calendar days after payment, with transport time in addition. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date; we will advise of significant delays.
