Orders and quotations
Products are manufactured to the dimensions and specifications agreed in your order. Please review the window system, measurements, glazing, colour, fittings, quantity, delivery address and total price before payment. An automated estimate or draft quotation is not an acceptance of an order. We will contact you if a specification is unavailable or requires clarification. We will not substitute specifications without your agreement.
Customer measurements
For supply-only orders, you are responsible for the measurements and specifications you approve. We recommend checking width and height in several positions and considering obstructions and fixing surfaces. Contact us before ordering if you are uncertain. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Prices and payment
Prices shown at checkout include applicable VAT and any stated delivery charge. The final payable total is displayed before payment. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive your full card details.
Manufacture and delivery
Lead times are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. We will confirm delivery arrangements and contact you about material delays. Please check goods on arrival, keep packaging where possible and notify us promptly of missing items or transit damage, ideally with photographs. This does not limit your legal rights.
Cancellation and returns
Where goods are made to your individual measurements or specifications, the usual 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply. We will identify custom-made goods before purchase. Standard goods, where offered, may be subject to applicable distance-selling cancellation rights. Nothing here excludes your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods. Please contact us before returning any item so we can arrange a suitable process.
Installation and suitability
Unless installation is expressly included in your written quotation, products are supplied only. The customer or appointed installer must assess the opening, fixings, safe handling, ventilation and any permissions required. Do not assume all systems suit every property.
Problems with an order
If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us at sales@ecoshieldsecondaryglazing.co.uk. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy under applicable UK consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected by any manufacturer’s guarantee.
Warranty and aftercare
